Service Description

Building on the Body Poetry practice, we take the process one step further by introducing a creative element to the equation through the written word, sand art, painting, clay, etc. We warm up the body and mind through exploring certain tasks and sensations--using this as a platform from which to enliven the creative impulse. Riding on the marriage between movement and intuition, a new level of authentic creativity is activated.
