WOMB
Weavers of Movement and Breath
Weavers of Movement and Breath (WOMB), is a weekly movement loom to dive into Womb medicine through breath, sound, senses, and beyond. A haven to research and explore our female physiology with movement at the center.
A creative space to dance with expressions of imbalance in the womb (endometriosis, infertility, PCOS, prolapse, post partum challenges, etc.) to get curious and ignite imagination, sensation, and attunement as the medicine they are.
We craft a safe space to witness and be witnessed. To move and Be moved. To weave a deeply regenerative movement practice that can carry us through all of life’s trials, travails, and rites of passage. Modalities of writing, vocal transformation, sensory drawing, and more are often utilised in the journeys.
When we center our cycle, we re-center ourselves and invite more clarity as we move with the question of “what does a womb-led life look and feel like?” We remember the Womb as our original navigation system. The true Throne from which we orient.
